Abstract:

This talk will discuss carbon nanotube RF devices and RF circuit models, including both metallic and semiconducting nanotube properties.
Time permitting recent work on nanotube-protein interactions will also be presented.


About the Speaker:

Peter Burke received the PhD in Physics from Yale University in 1998, and
was a postdoc at Caltech from 1998-2001, and has been on the faculty of
EECS and Biomedical Engineering since 2001 at UC Irvine.
